We will discuss your vision for your landscape project, and then I will provide a design proposal for the services that will best meet your needs. At the consultation, I will also impart landscape and horticultural advice, as well as make suggestions or recommendations based upon my observations. $190 for approx. 1 hour consultation, plus drive time if applicable. (Note: the consultation fee will apply towards design fee if you choose to go forward).
During this collaborative process, I perform a complete site survey, including a careful assessment of your style and the theme you want for your landscaping. I will arrange to have your site measured and drawn, and I will provide custom conceptual landscape plans, to-scale and in color. My plans can be given to your landscape contractor for an installation bid. I can also provide digital perspective renderings, as well as a 3D virtual walk-through video of your new landscape. Design fees range from $2,500 to $10,000+, depending on your project complexity, lot size and design requirements. 3D design is quoted separately. Typical construction budgets for my clients range from $50,000 to $1,000,000+.
