Contact me to schedule an in-home landscape design consultation. We will discuss your vision for your landscape project, and then I will provide a design proposal for the services that will best meet your needs. At the consultation, I will also impart landscape and horticultural advice, as well as make suggestions or recommendations based upon my observations. $190 for approx. 1.5 hour consultation (Note: the consult fee will apply towards design fee if you choose to go forward).
During this collaborative process, I perform a complete site survey, including a careful assessment of your style and the theme you want for your landscaping. I will arrange to have your site measured and plotted, and provide custom digital to-scale colored conceptual landscape plans that you can give to your landscape contractor for an installation bid. I can also provide digital perspective renderings for a detailed front view, as well as a virtual walk-through video of your new landscape. Design fees range from $2,500 to $6,000+, depending on your project complexity, lot size and design requirements. Typical construction budgets for my clients range from $35,000 to $500,000+.
If you are not sure if your project requires a formal plan, an on-site design consultation may provide the design assistance you need. This 2+ hour consultation would include assessment of the site and your needs, as well as a basic quick-sketch of concepts and plant suggestions. This consultation is only suitable for smaller yards that need planting and minor hardscape adjustments. The fees would start at $500+ and are available on a limited basis depending on current design workload.
